Performance 276 is a community of amazing, positive and supportive people dedicated to making themselves better everyday through functional movements, variance and relative intensity. We have a long term health, wellness and fitness program. We train in a manner designed to keep you happy, healthy and your quality of life as high as possible regardless of your age. We are equipped with pull-up rigs, barbells, kettle bells, ropes, rings and other equipment to help you get the most efficient workout. Performance 276 prepares its participants for any physical contingency, using a capacity pulled from the intersection of all sports demands. Performance is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together, which is the key component of why it’s so effective.
Benefits of Performance:
• Programmed Workouts – Our goal is to have you in and out of the gym in less than an hour, including your warm up, the workout and cool down/stretch/accessory work. We program every piece from the start of your warm up until the completion of your post workout options. Each day has a goal in mind to enhance your highest quality of life.
• Community – Everyone has the same goal in mind: to get in the best shape possible. Because of that, everyone is on the same team and working for the same goals. The camaraderie in Performance 276 is part of what makes this exercise experience so unique.
